Economical production of industrial hot water

Ideal for your applications above 100 °C

The heat of the turbine exhaust gases is used to produce hot water for industrial processes (e.g. for cleaning drinks bottles). The hot water is produced in an air-water heat exchanger and is fed to the relevant processes. As the entire thermal energy exists in the exhaust air of the microturbine, this technologyis particularly suitable for producing industrial process heat above 100 °C.

The advantage of this technology is that almost any flow temperature can be selected and return temperatures above are 70 °C possible. The temperature difference between the flow and return temperature can easily be 50 K and enables target temperatures up to 180 °C.

Economic hot water supply requires individual system solutions. We design and produce our plants for specific projects, to specific customer and national requirements. To this end, we supply the complete plant engineering from a single source: Microturbine, adapted instrumentation and control systems, specially designed heat exchangers and all necessary safety equipment.

The system components are precisely matched to each other and therefore ensure perfect interaction.
